What to Expect at Your First Visit
These are general notes about a first visit to a dental office. They are not a description of a specific appointment at Crowsnest Dental.
What to bring
- A list of medications, and the name of your pharmacy if you have them.
- Your new patient form, if you have not sent it yet.
- An insurance card or plan name, if you have one. Bringing it does not mean a plan is accepted.

Arrive with your paperwork in mind
Plan to arrive a little early if you still need to finish the new patient form.

Bring a medication list
Bring a list of medications and the name of your pharmacy if you have them.

The exam
The dentist looks at your teeth and gums and talks with you about what they see.

Images, when they are part of the visit
X-rays are sometimes part of an exam. Ask at the visit if you have questions about them.
After your first visit
Call 403-562-2236 when you are ready for the next visit. The office has not published a recall interval or a reminder method on this site.
